GENERAL The horizontal mobile storage tanks are designed and manufactured for optimal transportation and applications of cryogenic gases (N₂, O₂, Ar). A high quality multilayer insulation ensures low evaporation rate. All tanks and their components are cleaned and certified for oxygen service. The outer tanks, made of carbon steel, are white painted with excellent corrosion resistance. Durable coating of carbon steel outer tanks provides excellent corrosion resistance. Stainless steel surface of the outer vessel are glass beads blasted and passivated.

MATERIALS,VALVES AND INSTRUMENTS The use of stainless steel for inner vessel, piping, valves, supports, lifting lugs, front dished head, instruments, pressure build-up vaporizer and all welded connections guarantee reliability and long life of the equipment. Stainless steel plumbing is pickled and passivated for use in industrial environment or onshore and offshore locations-on request. The pressure regulator is optional while the pressure build-up coil made of aluminium finned tubes with stainless steel core is standard equipment. The inner tank is protected against overpressure with dual safety relief valves and outer tank with safety disc.

DESIGN CODE The tanks are designed conforming to TPED, EU Directive 2010/35/EU and EN 1251 for tanks nominal volume up to 1000L while for the other tank sizes according to EN13530.
