Ambient Air Vaporizers
GENERAL Ambient air vaporizers use heat from ambient air to vaporize liquid and heat the gas. Their flow rate is the function of ambient-atmospheric conditions (temperature, wind, humidity). The tabulated data are for standard vaporizers for LIN for 8 hours continious operation with nominal capacity when ambient air relative humidity and temperature are 70% and 20oC respectively. Vaporizers are cleaned and certified for oxygen service.
MATERIALS Low pressure vaporizers are made of aluminium finned tubes while high pressure vaporizers are made of aluminium finned tubes with stainless steel core.
DESIGN CODE The vaporizers are designed conforming to PED, EU Directive 2014/68/EU as well as conforming to Russian Certificate TP TC 010/2011.
